C-List Ghosts of the Real Ghostbusters:
Jailbusters
Though we find our heroes kidnapped by ghosts and put on trial in the spirit world, Jailbusters doesn't have
that many creatures for us to boggle at, though it certainly has a couple nuggets of freakishness.
The Real Ghostbusters is copyright 1984 Columbia Pictures
After their sentancing, Peter Venkman tries to dig his way out of prison only to be thwarted by an apologetic
eyeball. What was it even doing there? Is there an eyeball for every brick?
Among the ghostly Jury we have a tall, orange weirdo with large coils on his head and an adorable little guy
who thinks the Ghostbusters are A-OK (until he's nudged by the ghoul behind him, anyway)
During the proceedings, "file photos" are shown of various ghosts that have been busted in the past. One of
them apparently wasn't busted enough, as it emerges from its photograph to drench the heroes in slime. Its
purple, perfectly human head looks pretty creepy in a cluster of hoses and tentacles.
When the Ghostbusters attempt to defend themselves, the judge is too busy dealing with some sort of
netherworld mosquito.
