You know that the doctors "forget" you, at least temporarily, if you duck into the the plank maze, so it's probably the safest place to go for now.
The familiar smell of moldy, rotten wood assaults your senses as you step out of Lacey and into the dark, musty halls.
The worst thing about the plank maze, you're pretty sure, is that you know you're never alone here by the distant creaking sounds coming from every possible direction...some less distant than others.
