Alright, so... I'm not claiming that this is true. I remember it happening, but there could be many causes. I could have been dreaming, or hallucinating, or something else entirely.

All I know is what I remember.

I'm not really sure how to write this out well.

I was getting ready to go to sleep one night, brushed my teeth, took off my glasses, then went into my room. I turned off the light, and then I leapt into my bed like I usually do.

The dark doesn't bother me, but I don't like being unable to see, and I live in the countryside, which means there's almost no ambient light, other than what you get from the stars and moon.

So with my light off and door shut, it's nearly pitch black in my room, aside from a small sliver of light through the doorway.

I have a light in my room, of course. Just a standard light fixture that takes two bulbs. Kind of an upside down t-shape, you probably have one like it. It used to have a cover, but that got broken a long while back and I never got around to replacing it.

The light tended to glow faintly for a bit after it was turned off, though that was normal and I was used to it.

I looked up at the ceiling of my room, towards the light, and saw two dimly glowing green blurs. And then I closed my eyes, and tried to ignore what I had just seen. Because there was only one bulb in my light fixture.
