I guess god-tier digimon couldn't all just be Satans. This digimon, the "Azure Dragon of the East," is introduced near the beginning of the Dark Masters story arc, as one of the four "holy beast" digimon who apparently keep the digital world in harmony, and he's alright I guess. He's got a body made of nothing but glowing energy stuff with a few birdy wings, he's all wrapped in chains, and his head is a cool spiky mask with a beard on it, which is funny. He'd look SO much more dignified, even kind of "cute" without his beard and stache, a sort of ghostly sea serpent, but you get a beard on it and you're just going to have to deal with that. I'm liking him more and more as I write this.

Those eyes are pretty cool looking, too. Now that I really look at him, Azulongmon isn't even what I'd call overdesigned. He has a very simple set of elements, evenly distributed until you get to the head, which has every right to stand out jarringly. They really managed to communicate that this is some kind of almighty digital deity without cluttering it up.
