GRUMBLEMON AND GIGASMON
HUMANOID: GRUMBLEMON
Our next bad guy, and not one that just turns out to be some little boy, is this delightfully mean little fairy-tale dwarf, the evil warrior of Earth and successor to Ancientvolcamon whose big goofy nose isn't a design choice we've really seen in any other digimon. He really looks more like an old fairy tale character who should probably be speaking in riddles and stealing first born children. He's a real rotten little bastard in the series, too, and I'm glad they gave him a dub name like "Grumblemon." It fits his look and personality better than the original "Grottemon" or "Grottomon," which only referenced an assumed love of subterranean environments, I guess.

BEAST: GIGASMON
I'd say this is just as "humanoid" as Grumblemon, but, whatever. It's an interesting creature, a sort of lanky-yet-buff "earth giant" with an almost rhinoceros-like face. It really doesn't look anything like you would expect, either from an earth elemental being or the monster form of a pudgy elf. I can't think of a whole lot to say about it, but I love it and I love that it's the monster form of a wretched little gnome man.
