It's to be expected that the much-celebrated fusion of the Agumon and Gabumon lines would get an X-digimon, but my original critique of Omegamon still stands; it just could have been a lot cooler and more interesting with literally any design other than another humanoid knight man. Why not a cybernetic Greymon-shaped wolf? Or a Garurumon-shaped dinosaur? Why does this series equate might with more humanity? Booooooring! That's like the old misunderstanding that humans are literally "the most evolved" of all life forms. Have I made that specific complaint before in these reviews? I don't remember.
