APOCALOCUST SHREDMASTER  CONCEPT BY NODDINGJAY
VARIANT CHARACTERISTICS: The Shredmaster is a modification of the Apocalocust striking a balance between its two hormonal states, maintaining sharp focus even when surging with adrenaline. It is additionally somewhat smaller and lighter, but its tissues are denser and its flexible cuticle even more resilient to physical damage. Most notable are the Shredmaster's functional organic wheels, rotated by pulses of electricity through the creature's legs, regularly resupplied with nutrients and regrown if lost altogether. These permit the monster to move at high speeds along solid surfaces as well as saw through soft material. The Shredmasteris an energetic, optimistic thrill seeker, bored by even seconds of inactivity and overjoyed to risk physical danger. The typical specimen is however disciplined enough to prioritize survival and value safety precautions. Extremely sociable, the creature enjoys helping other beings to test their physical limitations, sometimes devising creative ways for even the most sedentary monsters to experience the excitement of athletic activity in their own relative fashion. With a natural talent for motivating others, a Shredmaster can easily become the "heart" that binds together an otherwise disparate team. SHRED: the monster possesses toothed, whirling wheels on its taloned feet, which it can use to skate at high speed over the right terrain.
