CLASS: BOTANICAL
At maturity, this fearsomely destructive fungoid eats only wood and rotting vegetation, but its spores feed on anything and everything metallic, spreading slimy, corrosive tendrils visibly through metal until it is completely consumed. Spores are released in a thick spray through any puncture in the Corrodestool's cap, which it may inflict upon itself. Young Corrodestool grow slowly, maturing over many years in large masses of fungus.
