The blood of this piscoid vampire contains one of the deadliest neurotoxins known to the modern world, usually killing those who consume its blood before actually passing on vampirism.

Though quite strong, the Fuguketsu is very nearly lighter than air and can drift like a balloon by inflating its body. Even deflated, it can leap and glide on strong enough winds.
