GENETISAUR - The Gene Reaper

CLASS: UNKNOWN

Arriving from space in a spore-like state, this fearsome female monster must regularly consume the flesh of male prey, extracting and modifying the chromosomes of many different species to complete the development of her young. Spewed from her maw in vast quantities, the tiny, tadpole-like larvae must incubate for many months in warm blooded, female vertebrates, hijacking their minds and procuring additional prey for their mother via brute force or seduction.

The monotonous droning of the Genetisaur's upper orifice carries complex instructions audible only to its children and their host bodies. In some cases, a Genetisaur may generate a cavernous "hive" of living tissues, an extension of its own body.
