CLASS: DEVIL BIRD

   This ravenous monster cannot move or digest its own food, but emits a psychic field which increases the appetite of sentient creatures to the point of uncontrollable overindulgence, particularly craving great amounts of fat and sugar. As victims consume more, the bird's psychic field grows wider and more powerful, eventually overpowering the afflicted minds with the consciousness of the Gluttony. Dimly aware but unable to control themselves, the dominated hosts are guided back to the Devil Bird to feed it in the manner typical of mother birds, wasting away as they fill the monster's gullet with pre-digested meals. In advanced stages, hosts may be driven to such maddening hunger that they begin to autocannibalize.
