CLASS: BOTANICAL These strange floating monsters are infested with a wide array of molds, bacteria and protozoa throughout their hairy bodies and leave a trail of bright green mildew in their wake. Their fragile but incredibly sharp tendrils can infect living flesh with fast-growing necrotic mold, reducing healthy tissues to a spongy mush the Mildoom can easily slurp into its central feeding funnel. Its various tubular orifices can propel its body through the air in short spurts.
Mildoom obviously prefer dark, damp places. Household detergents are not enough to kill them, but terrify them regardless. Rarely, a Mildoom may split into two complete individuals.
