CLASS: ZOMBIE SPAWN

  A bizarre result of zombies attempting to breed, this monstrosity is triggered to develop in its mother's body by a mutant breed of annelid worm, employing the round, swollen mutant as a protective gall and breeding ground. Able to tunnel through organic matter at a terrifying rate, these worms work together to break down food for the entire collective monster.

   Though usually content to merely scavenge, an agitated Pestequirm will attempt to projectile-vomit a stream of worms directly at an aggressor's eyes or other vital areas, and a Pestequirm sustaining considerable physical damage is even prone to exploding in a great shower of squirming, ravenous bodies. Though they prefer not to move, they may slowly ferry themselves on a carpet of worms or simply roll from place to place.
