CLASS: BIOCONSTRUCT

   Designed at the peak of the "moat monster" boom, Polyfrogs were intended to be cheaper and more accessible to the lower classes of monster keeper, ironically leading to the fall of moat monsters as a symbol of high society. Still one of the most effective amphibious guard-beasts, Polyfrogs hide themselves in mud or murky water until motion is detected.

   Polyfrog have the unusual ability to identify a wide range of biological toxins by scent, and favor poisonous or venomous creatures as prey. Toxins extracted from its food are concentrated throughout its body, making it incredibly dangerous to the touch.
