CLASS: ARTHROPOID

   Fusion of human with cicada. Discarding its wings, a slit down its back produces its infamous screech capable of causing paralysis in a human. It can burrow with incredible speed, and has been used in the past as a mining beast. It feeds on tree sap, preferably from underground. The Semikekkan becomes extremely docile in the fall, and enjoys rolling in dead leaves
