Iron Valiant

So in Scarlet and Violet's original dex, this is the last Paradox based on an older Pokemon, and I guess we had to expect at least one that would pander a somewhat overblown mon. That said, this "killer android" take on both Gardevoir and Gallade is reasonably cool looking, even if its pigtail-like head pieces are a little silly looking. It's overall pretty sleek and sinister, wielding a double-bladed glaive looking thing made of the same sparkly holographic material we've seen somewhere in every single futuremon. It's described as a ruthlessly violent killer, or "cruel enough" to "cut down anyone confronting it without hesitation," so yeah, it's a murdering robot, and it's rumored to have come from a "mad scientist" who sought to create the "most powerful psychic Pokemon of all." They failed of course, since this is a fairy/fighting type, which also means it's weak to Psychic types.

I feel like they could have done a bit more with this one, but merging another Pokemon's split evolutions into a single "evil" robotic version is a step in a better direction than most of the other mechanoids. Not much, but enough to get it an extra ball, saving it from "outright bad" to "eh, it's decent."
