Iron Crown
We're finally done with the robots. Iron Crown is robot Cobalion, and just like Iron Boulder, it has a spinning head. Both robots also have signature moves during which their horns glow with energy and get bigger, like lightsabers.
Now that these are truly wrapped up, my final impression unfortunately still rests at "these went steadily downhill." Iron Treads, the first in the pokedex, is a cool and creative use of the idea! It's a strange looking machine that just loosely resembles a Donphan. But from there, this series takes less and less advantage of the robotic motif until they're pretty much just the original Pokemon with metal armor. WHAT a waste!
