Minccino and Cinccino

Another of the fifth generation's few forgettable moments, Minccino is sort of a normal-type pikachu equivalent, which is unfortunate considering there's already another, actual electric-type pikachu equivalent later in the gen.

This line is, of course, supposed to represent a chinchilla, but while competently cute, it lacks the best aspects of the real thing - namely that a chinchilla is sort of a ball of fluff on a pair of springy, long legs.
