Iron Hands
Hariyama is a Pokemon I always found awkwardly designed and kind of clunky, but that lends itself well enough to a robot. This fighting/electric type has a grey, blue and yellow color scheme that isn't as bad as that sounds, and its hands float freely around it with glowing yellow, electrified palms.
This one is "theorized" to have once been a human athlete that nearly died, but underwent a procedure to become a cyborg. This is a reference to the old TV series The Six Million Dollar Man, which for an advanced cyborg is a hilariously small amount of money by today's standards, but that's beside the point. This is where we can be fairly certain the theoretical explanations for these Pokemon really are just wacky rumors, unless we're thinking that was what created the first Iron Hands, and Pokemon Magic allowed the guy to multiply somehow.
