This cute little child type dream-eater is kind of frustrating, because the addition of tusks adds a pachyderm aspect onto its tapir basis, and the metal mask is exactly like an unevolved version of Mammothmon's mask...but Bakumon is a child level, Mammothmon is a perfect level, and there's nothing in between that rationally links them by evolution, except perhaps the fiery Boarmon, and I guess that's the best we're going to get for the time being. Is that why Boarmon had a metal plate on its face? Was it SUPPOSED to be their missing link?

There isn't a whole lot else to say, except Baku are always a cool yokai and Bakumon is a decent take on one, even if both Pokemon and the later Yo-kai Watch kind of blow it out of the water with their own entries.
