I probably should have reviewed this one in potamon's place, since it's another ice themed Digimon. It's a new Ultimate stage too, and an Ultimate stage ice-themed bird! It's pretty nice, modeled like an elegant but very threatening peacock with glassy, crystalline tail feathers and lacy, icy veils hanging from the back of its head, while the face is the kind of jagged, menacing avian helmet you might expect from countless anime and videogame "phoenixes." A lot of fans seem to consider it their new favorite of all time and a concept that was long overdue. It's "prettier" than a lot of other fully evolved birds, but still looks pretty lethal, and I think would be most interesting of all to evolve from one of the more fire-themed perfects.
