This is a new child stage from Shambala, the "Eastern Digital World" whose Digimon revolve around "Eastern" mythology; like a lot of those Chinese folklore Digimon we've gotten lately, and even a slew of new Japanese yokai Digimon!

Fujamon is apparently Shambala's go-to aquatic child stage, so they're kind of approaching this like the regional starters in Pokemon. More than just a simple, straightforward blue fish, its jagged upper jaw ends in a small dark beak, tying it in with Shambala's assortment of fish-to-bird and bird-to-fish evolutionary transtitions. It has a fairly long, whiplike tail with black bandages, and it walks around on four floppy purple fins. What a fun little thingy! No notes!!!!
