A "holy dragon digimon" that controls ocean currents, Shagaramon has the upper torso of a woman dressed in golden robes, except the upper half of her face is concealed by a canine looking dragon mask with golden antlers and narrow, yellow eyes, which by Digimon logic really is just what her face looks like. Then she has those elongated monster arms and giant claw-hands that they only sometimes give to feminine humanoid Digimon, and her lower body is a long serpentine dragon with multiple pairs of small bird-wing flippers (because this thing can also fly) and a huge aquamarine feather for a tail fin.

Both her "mask" and her skin (human or monster) are also colored like traditional Chinese ceramics; ocean-blue painted-looking patterns on frosty blue-white, which is a beautiful contrast to the gold clothing and accessories.

Basically this is a big giant mermaid, but her fish parts are also aquatic dragon parts, which absolutely could not be a cooler combination. No notes. They have absolutely knocked it out of the park with aquatic Digimon these last few years.
