GIGANTAMAX LAPRAS

Folks have wanted them to do something with Lapras for a million years now, so here you go; Lapras with a "tiered" shell that's supposed to look more like a cruiseship, I think, able to carry thousands of people at a time. Ultimately, this is just Lapras with a less natural, less nice looking shell and some sort of weird ice-aura around it, which isn't all that interesting, but at least SOMETHING happened with Lapras!
