Mega Dragonite
This was the first new mega fully revealed to the public, and it's our first one that I have no major issues with. It interestingly shrinks Dragonite's original wings to near uselessness, but turns its antennae into a pair of functional-size feathery wings, exaggerated from the bird-wing "ear" things of its evolutionary predecessor, Dragonair. It also borrows the pearl thingy on Dragonair's tail, while making Dragonite's tail a whole lot longer. It's a solid mega all around, elaborating on the base in an obvious enough and aesthetically pleasant way.
It even adds more "edge" in its Pokedex, as is common to most now-classic megas, without straying too far from Dragonite's personality; it's still a kind and protective Pokemon, but it now uses its newfound strength to go all-out and end battles as quickly as possible as a more merciful, tough-love sort of act. That's cute.
