Mega Meganium
Now grass/fairy type, Mega Meganium only makes one significant change to Meganium, and that's having tiers of puffy flower petals all the way up its neck. It also has sleeve-like frills around its feet and slightly longer antennae that loop near the ends, but these are negligible changes in comparison. Its flowers supposedly absorb and store solar energy so effectively, it can fire extra-devastating, instantaneous solar beams, referred to as its "Mega Sol Cannon"...though it doesn't come with any signature ability or move based on this.
The fully floral neck, in my honest opinion, looks so much better than Meganium's usual single petaly ruff that I'd even have preferred it as Meganium's base design. I think they could have made its antennae into a pair of leaves, to reflect its unevolved forms, but it's still alright as it is.
