This is a Shambalan baby Digimon introduced by the "Saiyu Warriors" Digimon Pendulum, and a little swirly, golden cloud puff is perfect for that, kinda bringing to mind the cloud that the Monkey King rides around on, right? Not much to its bio except that it easily gets blown around, though. Oh no!

Mococomon is a Fukamon who "grew fangs and began to move more actively" after drifting so long in the wind. So now the little gold cloud has classic Digimon eyes and teeth, like the face of Koromon, but it also has two independent little three-clawed clouds as floating hands, which is cute, but I feel like this is looking already more like a child stage than Baby II, and I'm surprised there isn't a full line of just sentient clouds here. The later stages could even look like they've got warriors riding on them, right? But the clouds would be the Digimon, and the riders would be empty suits or puppets. Make it happen!!!
