FRANKENSNAIL

  Surprisingly not the first Frankensteinian snail I've seen. The green gastropod body has just a couple stitches, almost easy to miss, and a blank stare in its little white eyes, while the shell is more obviously stitched together with a couple of bolts for good measure! It seems to be a ceramic tealight holder, or maybe has one of those built-in battery powered tealights.

CERAMIC SKELEDOG

  A really cute cartoon skeleton dog, with big yellow bulging eyes and a pointed, swooping skull that feels meant to evoke a "Tim Burton" undead dog. Actually, if you put all of his undead dogs together - Zero, Frankenweenie, the skeleton one from Corpse Bride - you'd basically get this one. He sure liked dead dogs.

CAN I OFFER YOU A NICE
EYEBALL IN THIS TRYING TIME

  Acidshadow made the reference first! But even without the meme, this would clearly be the kind of thing this chill little frog is communicating as it holds out an eyeball to us, for whatever purposes you may have that require such a thing. It's so pleased with itself! It did such a good job getting that from somewhere or other!

BAT WRAITH

  A simple black-robed spirit, but with pointy ears and big bat wings under the robe. It's a cool looking combination, but also really cute!

SPOOKY MUSHROOMS

  Another new mushroom! These have black and white spotted caps, with roundish eye and mouth holes in their white stems. Also cute!

CREEPY CABBAGE

  A nicely detailed sculpture of a cabbage plant, with an eyeball in the center! Plant critters like this have almost become routine for Halloween now, but I still remember how much of my life they just didn't exist, so they'll probably continue being novel to me for a lot longer than they are to you. I don't apologize!! Look at the adorable way its lower leaves drape over its planter, almost like little arms gripping the front so it can get a closer look at you!

TOOTHY PLANTS

  There's a few things in this shot of course, but we're focusing on the plants to the left! They're kinda typical Audrey II types, but I like how wide and flat their mouth-pods are.

MORE AUDREYS

  Here we have some more standard-style green plant monsters, but sprouting out of pumpkins, and a littler orange-headed one inside a snowglobe. Also, there's a rat on its head! I think! Well, it's probably meant to be a rat, but it really looks a little more like a tiny dog.

DAPPER PUMPKINHEAD

  This is a fully colored little statue bust of a pumpkin-headed guy with an amusingly smug look on his face, a pink scarf, a leaf eyepatch, and even a decorative eyeball flower pinned to his leafy green jacket. He's just fashionable enough to feel like more like someone's personal original character than just a one-off pumpkin figurine, like surely whoever designed this had a full body version in their head, and some kind of personality assigned to him.

BEETLE-EATING PLANT

  This plant's wide-open mouth is reaching straight up, pink flesh stretching between its jaws, and a colorful green beetle perched on its tongue! With more beetles climbing their way up the planter, it must have a pretty powerful scent-based lure. Of course, we can't be entirely certain that it's eating them. It could just be using them as pollinators, if the mouth is anatomically also the flower.

SKULLSHROOMS

  Not in the sense that the mushrooms are skulls, but that tey're growing FROM a skull! I might have even featured these once in the past, and failed to notice this particular detail. Their sinister black eyes and needle-toothed, wide mouths are quite charming. What are the proportions here, though? The mushrooms are bigger than the skull, and the skull is bigger than that tombstone.

EYEFLOWER PUMPKIN

  An interesting solid black pumpkin with short, bony white spikes, and three eyeball plant stalks emerging where the stem should be. A really cool overall design! Strong "Zelda Boss Monster" kind of design, probably retracts its eyes into the pumpkin and rolls around like a big wrecking ball, right??

HAUNTED HAT

  Awesome little figure! Just a crooked black witch hat, but one side of its cone is ripping open into a toothy organic mouth, with a beetlejuicey black and white striped tongue. Possessed objects are a slightly rarer sight in Halloween decor than you would expect. Not unheard of, as you've surely seen if you read a lot of these posts, but they're rare considering how easy they are to design. Put a mouth or eyeballs on anything at all and you've got a cool new character design.

MANY-EYED PUMPKIN (WITH TEETH)

  A pumpkin with eyes and a mouth is a conventional idea, but this one decided to do it as differently and disquietingly as it could! It doesn't have the usual carved Jack-O-Lantern features at all; just a scattering of very glassy, yellow-rimmed eyes embedded directly in the pumpkin flesh, the same fake "animal" eyes they sell by the bagful for making dolls and plushes. The way they're so small, spaced far apart, and placed so irregularly gives it a very odd look, and as if that wasn't enough, the mouth is just a blocky hole containing a complete set of human teeth.

EYE *AND* MOUTH MUSHROOMS

  The best of both worlds! A cluster of amanita style mushrooms, whose caps are split open at the edge. Some of these have teeth and tongues, while others have pairs of eyeballs! I wonder what determines the two forms? I guess the same mycelium produces both to cover all its bases.

EYEBURGER

  A statue of a cheeseburger with an eyeball in it! What else do you need?!

2026 MOSSY SKULL SNAIL

  We'll let Gastropoda bookend this post, why not! We've now seen a couple of different skull-faced snails, skull-shelled snails, and even moss covered snails over the last two or three Halloween seasons, but this is a very cool and unique combo pack! It has a normal, just *slightly* mossy snail shell, while the snail body is completely caked in green moss, and its head is a little wee human skull face! Really awesome looking actually!!
